Right of withdrawal

We offer the following right of withdrawal to all customers who buy as consumers, in every country we ship to.

Your right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take physical possession of the last item of your order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Cordes-Sick & Kunau GbR, Nordmark 11, 25767 Albersdorf, Germany, phone +49 174 9163185, email hello@lunassence.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not the extra cost of any delivery method you chose that is more expensive than our cheapest standard delivery). We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original purchase, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have shown proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first.

You must send the goods back to us, or hand them over to us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you tell us about your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have passed.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling them in a way that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are welcome to unpack your lamp and try it.

How to withdraw

The easiest way: use our withdrawal form, or send us a short message to hello@lunassence.com with your order number. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.

Returns are handled by our logistics partner. With our confirmation, we will send you the return address and instructions.

Damaged or defective items

Please contact us right away if a lamp arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item. Your statutory rights in the case of defects remain unaffected.
